Glam & Go Class

Come make this fun Cosmetic and Toiletry Case or make it an on-the-go Project Bag!  It is so versatile with the different variations you can create. You will learn techniques with vinyls, curves and more.
 
Class dates are two Saturday's, August 8th and 15th , 10 am to 3:30 pm.  Class fee is $70 and includes adhesive foam and silver marking pen.  You will need: Glam & Go pattern by Sew Yours at https://www.sewyours.com/collections/sewing-patterns/products/the-glam-go-sewing-pattern-with-video - purchased on-line prior to class and you will need to print entire pattern & pattern pieces making sure the setting is "Actual size" or "100%" and do not click fit to page or your pieces will be too small.  You will also need: thinner vinyl for the exterior; clear vinyl if you want the windows; (2) 1" rectangle rings; (6) long (10-11mm) post rivets for the handle section; plastic/mylar sheet to create your templates; ByAnnie Fold Over Elastic in color to match the lining; 1/8" Double Sided Tape; 1/2" Double Sided Tape; 90/14 needle; thread (choose color for topstitching) - 40 wt poly is a good choice as 100% cotton may break easily going thru the thicker fabrics; Lining materials - (1) yd (includes your binding); 1-1/2 yds SF101.  Optional - Metal bag tag for front panel; Odicoat if you wish to make your lining fabric wipeable; Tim Holtz Stapler and lots of staples (this will help tremendously) and can be purchased on Amazon if you do not have one.

You will also need to bring: Heavy Duty Machine like the HD9 or machine that will sew thru thicker seams; marking tools including an iron away one with recommended feet of 3/16" compensating right foot, 1/4" or wider foot with NO GUIDE, and teflon foot; 5 or 6" wide ruler; rotary cutter and cutting mat; sharp scissors; paper cutting scissors; lots of clips; iron and pressing mat.

Class must have a minimum of 3 participants for the class to be held.  If the class does not make, you will have your choice of a refund using your original payment method, or store credit.  If you cancel or are a no show, no refund will be issued, however any kit items will be given to you on your next visit.
