Elegant Robe Class

Join us in making your own beautiful robe or make one to gift!  This robe sits just below the knee and is oversized and roomy.  We will discuss sizing during the first session so you can choose accordingly.  The sleeves are wide to give your movement ease and the robe is beautifully finished with no raw edges or seams and has lots of topstitching. Choose your favorite fabric line and a coordinating fabric to make it your own!  This is a confident beginner class!

Dates are Thursday, December 5th from 5 pm to 8 pm, and Saturday, December 7th, from 9 am to 5 pm . Cost for the class is $65 and includes pattern pieces and instructions. You will need to bring: 100% lightweight quilters cotton (batiks are not recommended since they are a tighter weave and have less drape) - 3 yds for the main body and 2 yds for the accent pieces
 
You will also need: sewing machine & manual (must have working knowledge of your machine) 1/4" foot, compensating feet if you have them will be extremely helpful in 1/8", 3/16" or 1/4" and if not a zipper foot is also helpful; 80/12 new needle; cutting mat 24" x 36" min & rotary cutter with 5" x 24" ruler (can be wider); chalk or water soluble marker; Roxanne's basting glue; Clover Hot Press ruler; pins and clips; sharp scissors; coordinating thread and bobbin; turning tool (chopstick, bone folder, etc). 

Class must have a minimum of 3 participants for the class to be held.  If the class does not make, you will have your choice of a refund using your original payment method, or store credit.  If you cancel or are a no show, no refund will be issued, however any kit items purchased will be given to you on your next visit.  Thank you.
